I accidentally discovered this hotel while looking for a place to stay for the night while doing our road trip to Mindanao last May.
I originally inquired at Hotel XYZ but they were fully booked at that time and they refer me to their sister company, Zpad Residences. I looked it up in Agoda and compare prices with other booking sites and also call directly to them. We decided to book directly with them since they honor Senior Citizen discounts.
ZPad Residences is located in Tacloban City, Leyte, Philippines. They offer 34 rooms that come at budget-friendly rates. Their hotel offers travelers a great place to stay, offering superb features and various services that ensure a hassle-free vacation.
All guestrooms boast a soothing ambiance and are designed in such a way that they evoke a sense of inviting warmth — perfect after a day of touring around the city. Each space is equipped with fittings and amenities that provide comfort and convenience every time. Aside from all these, our hotel's location is very much accessible to restaurants, shops, and other establishments, while the Tacloban City Airport is just a few minutes drive away.*

This room welcomes you to a 90 sq. meter-room that features three bedrooms which offer a queen-size bed and two single beds which are all equipped with memory foam mattresses and workstations with complimentary wireless high-speed Internet access, 3 32” LED televisions. The 3 private bathroom has a shower with a handheld showerhead, as well as slippers and complimentary toiletries. A sofa bed, a separate living room, and a phone are among the conveniences offered. This room is Non-Smoking.
2. DELUXE SUITE
This room welcomes you to a 65 sq.-meter room which features two bedrooms with a queen-size bed and a single bed that are equipped with memory foam mattresses, receiving and study area, 2 32-inch LED television, complimentary wireless high-speed Internet. The two private bathrooms has a shower with a handheld showerhead, as well as slippers and complimentary toiletries. A sofa bed, a separate living room, and a phone are among the conveniences offered. This room is Non-Smoking.
3. JUNIOR SUITE
Relax in a spacious 45 sq.-meter room featuring a workstation, complimentary wireless high-speed Internet, slippers, 2 32-inch LED television, a memory foam queen bed, and a single bed with a cozy duvet and pillows. The private bathroom has a shower with a handheld showerhead, as well as slippers and complimentary toiletries. A sofa bed, a separate living room, and a phone are among the conveniences offered. 4. ZPAD TWIN
Z Pad Twin room welcomes you to a 17 sq.-meter room which includes a 32-inch LED television set, memory foam for two single beds with cotton linens, featuring a workstation, complimentary wireless Internet access, private bath, and plush toilet amenities. A sofa bed, a separate living room, and a phone are among the conveniences offered. This room is Non-Smoking. This is a shared (pad-style) room.
5. ZPAD QUEEN
Z Pad Queen room welcomes you to a 17 sq.-meter room which includes 32-inch LED television set, a memory foam queen size bed with cotton linens, featuring a workstation, complimentary wireless Internet access. The private bathroom has a shower with a handheld showerhead, as well as slippers and complimentary toiletries. A sofa bed, a separate living room, and a phone are among the conveniences offered. This room is Non-Smoking. This is a shared (pad-style) room.
6. ZPAD SINGLE
This room welcomes you to a 13 sq.-meter room including a single bed with complimentary wireless Internet access that keeps you connected, and the 32-inch LED television offers premium TV channels. The private bathroom has a shower with a handheld showerhead, as well as slippers and complimentary toiletries. A sofa bed, a separate living room, and a phone are among the conveniences offered. This room is Non-Smoking. This is a shared (pad-style) room.
We stayed in their Junior Suite and we have a very comfortable stay. The original price is P2400 but because of our Senior Citizen discounts, we got it for P2,257. The room was so spacious that we were able to spread out open all our luggage. Their bed is so comfortable that it was so hard to get up in the morning and our room actually has two sofa beds that a person can comfortably sleep on. The best thing? Their internet is fast and reliable, you will never have to worry about being disconnected. And lastly, it's right in front of Metro Supermarket where we easily restocked our basic necessities.
